The Window Factory, Inc., warrants you, the Original Property Owner(s) named in this Certificate, that our windows and vinyl doors extrusions are free from manufacturing defects described below. This Warranty remains in effect for as long as the Property Owner(s) are living and own an equity interest in the property identified in this Certificate. If more than one Property Owner is named in this certificate, the Warranty shall remain in force as long as at least one of the original Property Owners is living and owns an equity interest in the property in which the windows and doors were installed. Said Warranty applies to the address registered on the warranty card and covers both manufacturing and labor.

Warranty Coverage
The Window Factory, Inc. warrants that windows and vinyl doors produced with extrusions by The Window Factory, Inc. and installed in the property specified in this Certificate, will not blister, corrode, flake, peel, rot or warp under conditions of ordinary wear, because of manufacturing defects in the extrusions. Insulated Glass Units will be free from material obstruction of vision as a result of dust or film formation on the internal glass surfaces. All other components of The Window Factory, Inc. windows and vinyl doors (including without limitation main frame, sash profiles, locks, keepers, clutches, pivots, sash retainers, and balances) will be free from defects (glass breakage and tearing of screens are specifically excluded) in material and workmanship. The Window Factory, Inc. warrants the above for as long as you own the property in which the windows and vinyl doors are installed, subject to the following terms and conditions.

Coverage Exclusions
This warranty only covers the types of damaged specified above, and does not include defects of damage attributable to atmosphere pollutants, mildew buildup or that caused by misuse, abuse, settlement of the building, failure of structure, fire, lightening, hurricanes, tornadoes, windstorm, hail, vandalism, earthquakes, or other acts of God, impact of foreign objects or other causes beyond the control of The Window Factory, Inc.

Silicone caulking used to finish installation is warranted for 10 years.The Window Factory, Inc. reserves the right to discontinue or make changes in any of its products. If the products in this Warranty are not available, The Window Factory, Inc. shall have the right to substitute a product that, in The Window Factory, Inc. sole discretion, is of equal quality or value.

This warranty is transferable to subsequent purchasers of the home for a period of 12 months (following transfer of title) provided that the undersigned must be given notification of said transfer. A notification of transfer form is attached to this Warranty for your convenience. In the event that written notification of transfer is not received as stated above, then this Warranty and the under named obligations hereunder shall be deemed terminated. Liability of the under named in the event of transfer shall be limited, as specified above, to the term of the Warranty then remaining.
